Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Naijish is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

How do I know the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges Policy


We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, and we will refund the full order amount. 

In order to process a return, you will need to provide proof of purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, so that we can work to address the issue as soon as possible!

To process your refund, please send an email to with details including:

  • Your Full Name and Address
  • Your order receipt/confirmation email or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your refund. 

Refunds are processed between 5-10 business days from when we receive the product.
