Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Naijish is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I know the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges Policy

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In order to process a return, you will need to provide proof of purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@naijish.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds

To process your refund, please send an email to help@naijish.com with details including:

  • Your Full Name and Address
  • Your order receipt/confirmation email or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the cost of shipping.

Refunds are processed between 5-10 business days from product reciept.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer any exchanges; however, we offer replacements on damaged goods for more information contact email help@naijish.com
